Problem: With over forty-years of case files amounting to over five million documents, the firm was being buried by paper and the costs associated with storing the files.

Solution: Anacapa Imaging’s Docview system. Since the firm did not want to invest in equipment and personnel to manage such a project, Anacapa Imaging utilized its outsourcing division to scan, index and master a CD library of all their archived files. All of the documents were processed and indexed with data files such as case name, client number & case date.
